Introducing Mango Cay, Good Tides Only MC302 in Port Aransas! This stunning property is now available for your next vacation to Port Aransas. Offering a three-story configuration with a roof-top deck! As you ascend the stairs, you'll discover three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The two primary bedrooms boast king-sized beds, while the third bedroom is equipped with a full size bed and twin size trundle. The third floor boasts the living, kitchen, dining areas as well as a fourth bedroom with a king size bed. Additionally, there is a sofa sleeper in the living room.

The open living room and kitchen create a welcoming space for socializing. Spacious carport that will accommodate up to four midsize cars and a convenient fenced outdoor space complete with a turf grass lawn. Great space for lounging or playing outdoor games. There is an elevator accessible to all three floors. Conveniently located right across from the community pool & just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, golf cart rental, and shops.

Good Tides Only MC302 is a premier vacation rental property provided by Port A Escapes, professionally managed to ensure that everything is expertly handled before your arrival, and includes:

- Pre-arrival inspection performed by one of our team members

- Clean towels & linens

- A well-equipped kitchen

- These starter supplies are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, shampoo & conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.

Sleeping arrangements:

Primary bedroom - King size bed, TV, ensuite bath

Guest bedroom - King size bed, TV

Guest bedroom - Full bed over twin trundle

Living room - Queen size sofa sleeper

Parking: The carport will accommodate four medium sized vehicles or smaller. There is no overflow parking available.

- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required

Great location, well stocked kitchen

The elevator was the best part because of the stairs, loading and unloading was a breeze. The rooms were as pictured. The small trundle bed under the full bed made the bedroom un-walkable when pulled out and couldn't get into the jack and Jill bathroom while is was being used. Had to call for more bedsheets and blankets and they were delivered within 2 hrs. Wish they had given more towels, would bring my own next time. Also the can opener in kitchen did not work but never called to ask for a new one. Kitchen has everything we needed and more! Overall a great experience, pool was nice as well! We were able to get checkout at 12 without charge since the place wasn't booked and they offered another night at a great rate but we couldn't stay unfortunately.

Excellent customer service

18 of us drove 1200 miles to find the Vrbo I had booked was to 2026. Port A immediately accommodated us withe brand new rentals at about the same price. As they were new there were a few items that had to be accomplished. Of the 3 phone calls I made someone came within an hour of each call.
