WHAT TO EXPECT
Enjoy a comfortable coastal getaway with a private balcony, inviting living spaces, and convenient access to Grand Caribbean's community amenities. Spend the day at the beach, take a refreshing swim in the pool, or relax outdoors while enjoying the coastal breeze.

The condo accommodates guests in two bedrooms, with a king bed in the primary bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom. A well-equipped kitchen and in-unit washer and dryer add convenience during your stay.

COURTESY NOTICE – ROOF REPLACEMENT PROJECT
A roof replacement project is underway at the complex beginning October 5, 2026, and is expected to continue through approximately November 30, 2026, weather permitting. Construction is scheduled Monday through Saturday, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

During this time, guests may experience construction noise, workers and equipment on-site, and temporary restrictions to certain areas of the property. A portion of the parking lot will be closed for construction equipment, and pool access may be limited periodically. Thank you for your understanding as the complex undergoes these improvements.

Wonderful complex, unit needs some minor updates.
I love this condo complex! I have stayed many times, in different rooms. This is the 2nd time in this unit. Overall, I still would rate this whole complex 5 stars! Love the location, the complex is small and all units have a wonderful balcony facing the gulf. The pool is always clean and access to the beach is perfect! In unit 3008 the carpet needs to go. Not only is it old, there are stickers and carpet tacks hidden but found when you are barefoot. The drain in the main bathroom needs repairing as the water drains very slow. Mattresses on the twin beds need replaced. Curtains need some help as the rod kept falling. Lastly, the blender needs to be replaced. Overall the unit is clean and fairly well kept. Love the Grand Caribbean! We will be back next year.

Nice location
Rental unit was fine. However, the carpet needs to be replaced. there was a noticeable musty smell when entering unit. Expect it came from carpet.

Ocean waves are the lullaby!
Spotlessly clean condo with new comfortable sleeping with nice mattress & linens. Windows of bedroom & living area face the ocean. We sat on shaded patio for hours enjoying breezes. Lovely large pool with extended shallow area would be perfect for small kiddos as well as adults for swimming. Boardwalk to beach in great condition & easy walk to be on the sand! Highly recommend!

Weekend wind down
I've always enjoyed staying at the Grand Carribean. This staying was what I expected... except for the extremely soft beds. But I made it through. Better balcony furniture would be a pluse but again made it through. Otherwise Grand Carribean is a very quiet, peaceful place to stay. Love the boardwalk to the beach and both elevators were working which was a bonus.

We had an amazing week - our apartment was perfect ! I was shocked at the quietness. We had families beside us but never heard them ! The grounds, pool,and walkway to beach were very well maintained.
The only complaint is internet kept going off. We will return !!

One week vacation
Everything ran smooth, great location and nice view.
Property description was accurate. Great customer service and rental was very clean. We did beachtime just right outside the rental, toured USS Lexington, and a helicopter tour.

Nice Stay
The accommodations were adequate. The bath and kitchen towel amount was very minimal. And there were no kitchen mitts or even pot holders for hot stove pots & pans! Otherwise, very clean.
