Jack's Spot MIBC116 is now available for your next vacation to Port Aransas. Elevated on stilts, it offers ample parking space underneath. Ascend the stairs to find a spacious, inviting single-level living area with a flat-screen TV—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. You will have a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Situated in a lovely location with a boardwalk to the beach, fish cleaning station, heated community pool and hot tub. Pets are allowed, with additional fees, please see below. No golf carts allowed. Boats and trailers are NOT allowed. Please be aware there are external cameras. STR# 270346

BEDROOM CONFIGURATION
- Primary Bedroom: King bed, TV, and door to deck
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed, TV, and door to deck
- Additional Bedding: Two twin size folding beds in the living area
- A 2-3 night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and present throughout the entire stay
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets is allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm payments.
- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.

At first glance it seemed good
We came in for a weekend getaway. The location is good. Close to beaches, there is a boardwalk but is a VERY long walk from the unit. The pool is stated to be heated and was NOT!! No room in the hot tub all day and night Saturday night.


Issues we had...

HUGE bugs on wall

Black smudges on bathroom wall behind door

Previous tenants scrunchie hooked on shower liner ring

In addition to these things,

there was trash under the king size bed

King size bed had black hairs under the sheets

Body wash in the main bath "goodie bag" was already used with hardly any left.

Had to keep shoes on because feet were black after walking barefoot on the floor.

This unit was at first glance "cleaned" but not over $100 cleaning fee charged per booking clean

Nice little place to stay
Overall our stay was great and everyone had a great time.We would definitely stay here again. Our biggest complain was the chairs that turn into beds in the living room were VERY uncomfortable. To the point they couldn't be used during our stay, But we made it work.

It was ok, but you can do better
We found the condo provided adequate accommodations. The vinyl flooring in the living area was pulling apart the seams. The floors and kitchen counters were dirty. The chairs that unfolded into beds in the living room were stained. They also didn't unfold to a flat surface. We had to pull cushions off the couch to prop it up. When I went to load the dishwasher, there was dirty water on the bottom. The beds were comfortable and clean. The bathrooms were also in good shape. The dryer dried all our towels perfectly each day. The water pressure in the kitchen and showers was excellent, but the pressure for the bathroom sinks was poor. Your assigned parking spot is at the end of the row between a column and a wall. It was impossible to park our SUV in the space without backing in. To do so, I had to drive backwards from the entrance at the other end all the way through the parking area to our assigned space. The pool and hot tub were very nice, but the tile was falling apart. The game room had no A/C, but the games were in working order. The boardwalk to the beach is missing steps at the end where it meets the beach. It made it difficult to step down to the sand. The condo and the facility as a whole is not handicap accessible.

Nice stay
Enjoyed our stay in Jack's Spot. Quiet community. Only problem we had was the fold out twin beds are better suited for kids. We purchased an air mattress so 5th adult could have a place to sleep.there is beach access but it's quite a walk pass stinky dumpsters from neighboring property. Driving to the beach wasn't bad.i would stay here again.

Epic Gulf Trip
Jack's Spot is the best place to vacation on mustang Island. Perfect for two couples we enjoyed the peace of the coast along with the amenities of modern living. Thanks for giving our vacation a solid home away from home!
