Introducing La Mansion SPV6. This unit has been recently renovated, totally, inside to create a comfortable space with beautiful coastal colors and furnishings. Featuring a brand new King size bed and new Queen size sofa sleeper in June 2023. The kitchen is equipped with a free standing electric stove, oven, microwave, full refrigerator/freezer, a coffee maker, toaster, an abundance of dishes, cookware, and bar ware. The outside space that is included with this unit has been fabulously landscaped and offers a fully fenced yard, patio furniture and a private fire pit. This home can sleep 4 comfortably. Both the bedroom and living area have flat screen televisions with cable. Wireless internet service is also provided. Please note: This community does not allow boats or trailers of any kind. A maximum of two standard size vehicles are allowed. Golf carts count as one of the two vehicles.STR#524855

- A two-night minimum stay is required.

- The minimum age requirement for reserving and check in is 25. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required

- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm payments

- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.

- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.

Thanksgiving
This is a perfect place and perfect location. We had our 2 dogs and the back yard is perfect with a fire pit. Great communication and a perfect place to stay.

End of season stay
We love Port A in October, we had gorgeous weather and no crowds!! We always stay in Spanish Village! Beautiful location, close to everything and quick beach access. Loved our stay at La Mansion # 6 , peaceful and our pup enjoyed the fenced yard! The bed was so comfortable after a day of fun and sun! ☀️

The rental was fine for two people and a dog. I find it off putting to be charged a cleaning fee when I am taking out the trash, cleaning the dishes before leaving, cleaning the window units filters (which were not cleaned in a very very long time). I also know things change but I have never been billed a pet deposit after booking a room until now.

Honest review
Overalll, would definitely recommend for a couple with pets. The rental would be tight for more than that. The king size bed was very comfortable & I wish I could say the same for the sofa. The living area would be better served with a futon for a child or teenager traveling with their parents with either theater seat recliners OR chairs with ottoman’s. It does need some outside routine maintenance done. Also would suggest posting that this property does back up to the street for the fur parents with reactive dogs. The pluses definitely outweighed the few negatives I’ve posted. Would �� come back!

Perfect Weekend Getaway
We loved staying in Spanish Village at La Mansion! It is quaint and in the perfect location! We were able to walk to coffee, restaurants, shops, and enjoyed wrapping up our nights at the Salty Dog right across the street! Can’t speak for beach access from this location because we prefer entry at access road 1-A so we drove in each time! The road noise wasn’t noticeable and we were able to sit on the patio peacefully. It was very clean, had all the amenities we needed and then some! Spanish Village as a whole was calm, quiet, clean, and a great location! It was a perfect spot for a weekend getaway for 2 tired parents!
I also made a mistake on my booking and the management team was super helpful!
I’ve seen previous reviews that the TV didn’t work, but we didn’t have any issues at all!
I also thought the personalized welcome sign and reusable water bottles were a nice touch!

La Mansion at Spanish Village
The property is clean, well stocked and in a prime location within walking distance of many restaurants and bars and with easy access to stores and attractions. The water in the sink in the bathroom has the hot and cold lines switched and even when you figure that out, the water flow is very low requiring 5 measured seconds to get a cupped palm of water which makes it hard to shave or wash hands. The shower and kitchen sink however did not have this issue so I don't understand what is going on with the sink. I could not get the TV to work in the bedroom but that may have been my challenge with new technology. A couple of us tried to get it to work but could not even though everything was powered up. The only other complaint I had was that the AC LED lights were bright so the bedroom was never truly dark. This is a nice property and it was comfortable and served all our needs very well. I would want to know the sink water was fixed before I stayed here again. I did not contact management about this issue while I was there.

We Will Be Back
Our stay was incredible. We were right off the main strip. We had easy access to everything we needed. Plus, there is no need to worry about staying right on the beach when you can drive your car right up to the water. Our dogs were comfortable as well. The yard was adequate for them to use the restroom and still remain private. We can't wait to come back again.

The kitchen supplies could use and upgrade and they should tell you before you check in that you can’t turn ac down under 75.

Great little spot!
Right when you walk in you can see that it is clean and comfortable. Everything was in good working order. We received a couple texts asking if everything was good and if we needed anything, to make sure and reach out. My only complaint would be that there are no curtains and there is light that comes through at night and very bright in the mornings. Everything else was great! I definitely would recommend staying here. The location is great with a really good ice cream shop around the corner where you can rent golf carts. Also, this property has a 2 car little driveway, which was a plus. The backyard was perfect for dogs.

Overall the stay was nice. Great location. In walking distance to restaurants and bars. The property was clean and had a nice yard. The only drawer back was the firmness of the bed. But that is hard to judge for property owner. Great response from manager over text at any time. Got back to me right away. Excellent guest service. Highly recommend if headed to Port A for an awesome weekend.

Cute little cottage. Super close to all the activities in Port A. Nice parking area for car and golf cart. If there had been a broom in the property, we would have cleaned the floors better. All in all, it was a nice and convenient location.

Great Wedding anniversary getaway
