Introducing Mermaid's Cottage ASF, it may be small but nothing has been left out! The full kitchen has everything you will need to cook a gourmet meal. The Queen size bed has top quality linens and the spa like bathroom is right off of the bedroom area. There is even a super comfy couch to lounge on in the evening. Sorry, no pets allowed at this property. Parking is allowed for 1 vehicle. STR#541195

Great little near beach cottage
We had a great time in this quaint little cottage about a 7 min walk from the beach. It had everything we needed as a family of 3. The A/C was a bit noisy but very welcome on blazing hot summer days. The bed was comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Great Aesthetic!
It was great staying there and totally relaxing, but one little issue was the hanging lights on the back patio didn't work due to not absorbing enough sunlight and one big issue was the lack of washer & dryer that was stated to be on the property. Otherwise we'd love to visit again.

Cute and Cozy
It was just hubby and I on this trip. This little spot was exactly what we were looking for! It wasn’t on the main streets so was quiet and perfect! We were able to get to the beach easily and we’re close enough to get to shops and restaurants easily.

Great Bungalow!
SUPER CUTE place! Great location! Very clean! Very quiet! We had neighbors next store that were partying late, but could not even hear them. The bed creaked a little, but was very comfy. Would definitely recommend to any couple needing a quick getaway.

Great for couple's get-a-away
Cute cottage close to golf car rentals, restaurants and beach. It was very easy to social distance (as long as you stayed away from "local" hangouts). Highly recommend Coffee Waves- has a drive-thru (for golf carts too) and gelato!!!

Efficiency for the win!
Great little efficiency in the middle of town, not to far from the fairy and close to everything. The place was well updated and very clean. Only complaint it there is a pizza bar located behind the rental and during the weekend you can hear it on the patio but we could not hear it inside the rental. We will be staying at the place again in the future.

Quick trip!
Everything was great! The only change I would suggest is for the owner to splurge on a new mattress. It is very uncomfortable and squeaky! I read other reviews prior to our stay that was a consistent issue for other guest so at least I was prepared.

Stay was perfect!
The location is only one of the perks of staying here. It is within walking distance to a convenience store and a golf cart rental; you could also walk or ride a bike straight to the beach. There is plenty of parking and the property is very well kept. The duplex we rented was very cozy and perfect for 2 people. We made a good choice to stay here and will be staying here on our future visits.

Great stay in Port A!
We stayed in Cottage F and it was perfect for us. We’re following the guidelines of social distancing as much as possible, so we wanted to stay in a place with no common hallways, handrails, etc. The cottage allowed us to keep to ourselves but still enjoy the beach and town. Everything was very clean, decorated nicely, and the a/c was super. If I had to name a downside it would be the creaky, kind of hard bed. Not a huge deal. Loved our stay!

Great place for a quick getaway!
Enjoyed our stay here! Small but perfect for 2 people. Clean, well-arranged, and a great location in town. Walking distance to grocery store, mini-mart, shops, and restaurants. Only negative was some issues with the door entry code being changed while there. Quickly resolved with a phone call.

Older but nice place to stay
Small efficiency condo with all the amenities you could ask for. All units have been recently refurbished from floor to ceiling. Centrally located near downtown and only a few blocks off the beach. It's where my wife and I love to stay whenever we're in Port A.

Cozy cottage
This cozy little cottage was perfectly located for exploring all parts of Port A. Just a few blocks walk to the beach, restaurants, coffee, and shopping. Yet also far enough away from the hustle and bustle that noise wasn't a problem. Nicely furnished in chic beach decor and very clean. The unit we stayed in was set up like an efficiency apartment with one queen bed and a sleeper sofa. Technically it sleeps 4, but I wouldn't recommend it for more than one couple as there is no private space other than the bathroom. Private patio out back and a shared sitting area in front.

Great Getaway
The cottage was really nice and was perfect for me and my husband for a weekend getaway. It was nicely appointed and very clean. Perfect central location to the beach and all of the shops and restaurants. Queen size bed was meh but after a few cocktails it was easy to sleep in. Parking was small and only one vehicle allowed. Overall a great place. We would stay there again.

Excellent in every way, except for the fact that there is no ocean view. However,the property is well located, close to town and just a few blocks from the beach. The cottages are very well decorated in a "beachy" style and absolutely charming!

Rented this little cottage for the weekend. Had everything we needed. Great for a couple but would be crowded for 4 people. Property was clean and very comfortable. There is limited parking, only one space in front of the unit. Kitchen is small with limited utensils, pots and pans, but we only cooked breakfast and ate out the rest of the time. Refrigerator was a nice size. Great location loved the little back patio for night time. Would definitely rent again!

The perfect stay
This cottage is perfect for the business traveler or the couple that wants to get away for the weekend! Perfect access to the beach or to the ferry.

Nice little spot!
Clean unit, very comfortable though slightly cramped. Helpful management company, had to call and wait for someone to show up with the correct keys as the keys we retrieved from the lock box did not unlock the door. They did arrive quickly and were pleasant. Also, the front door should have a small drape or blind over the window as anyone over 5 feet can look right in as you are getting dressed as happened to us when the "HVAC lady" showed up unannounced to change the unit filter. I told her we were indisposed and she asked if se could leave it for me to install.??

Relaxing getaway
Cottage was clean,too comfortable that i just wanted to stay in bed.Bathroom was clean,had plenty of had a cute patio where we relaxed at night.We loved this cottage we will definitely come back.

Cutest Blue Cottage
I had a great time staying at the Fall festival cottage. The cottage is well decorated and very comfy. I came down to celebrate my daughters 5th birthday. We both had a great time here. Everything worked, nice and clean. I love the blue colors and seashells. I believe everything was brand new from the recent hurricane. Port Aransas is a must trip for my daughter and I. The location of the place is perfect and near the beach Parking is perfect,we even rented a golf cart.
I would highly suggest the Fall festival Cottage for a family of 2.

Great Spot
This little condo had everything we needed for a great weekend get away! Close to everything in town and close to the beach. Only suggestion would be get a bed not on wheels. The bed would keep me from staying there again just because it rolls away from the wall very easily. The door window could also use a curtain- strange that anyone could just peek into your room.

Cute and Clean
The cottage we nice but it could use a little work. The window in the front door is a little alarming, anyone could just pop up and see everything in the room - I'd like the option of covering it with a curtain. The bed is on wheels, which is fine, but it moves every time you get into it; the locks didn't work. The patio is ugly. It has a privacy fence but the cottage right next door has a window starring in. It had loose boards on the ground and no sky cover. We would have boiled if we sat out there, it was nice to dry our towels and clothing, but nothing else. The other rooms seemed to have better patios, but maybe that was a price point. Nothing that would stop me from staying again - maybe trying a different room. It was cute and clean and centrally located. You can walk to the beach and walk to get coffee, food and drinks. Port A is great. I had never been before but we are already planning on going back.

Perfect Getaway
This rental was perfect for my husband and I. It was equipped with everything we needed and nicely furnished. Close to beach, shopping and restaurant's.

Port A review
It was really really great. Only complaint I would have is that we could never get the TV to work. Very difficult with all the different remotes & boxes it had & one of the boxes (the main cable one) didn’t work at all. BUT that’s not a reason I wouldn’t recommend it because overall we LOVED our little cottage & it was perfect! May want to include instructions or info on how to do the TV.
