The primary suite features a king bed, nightstands, dresser, along with an ensuite bathroom that includes dual vanities, a jetted soaking tub, and a separate glass-enclosed tiled shower. The two guest bedrooms each offer a queen bed, nightstands, and share a hall bathroom with a vanity and a tiled tub/shower combination. An additional sleeping area with a twin over twin bunk bed set and TV is conveniently located just off the living area, making it perfect for kids or extra guests.

- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required

- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per night. A maximum of 1 pet is allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
