- A 30-night minimum stay is required.
- The minimum age requirement for reserving and check in is 25. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required
- Pet Friendly. Pet fees are an additional $100.00 per month/per pet. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
- Getting Around: By car, rented golf cart, or rented bicycles. Makes it easy to visit the many shops, restaurants, and other points of interest in the area.
