The bedroom offers a comfortable king bed, while the living area features a queen sleeper sofa—perfect for accommodating additional guests. After a day at the beach, kick back and relax or enjoy your morning coffee and evening breeze on the inviting screened-in patio, where you can soak in the coastal air without the bugs.

Located just a short drive from the beach, local dining, and fishing spots, this pet-friendly retreat offers the best of both convenience and tranquility. Whether you're here for a weekend escape or an extended stay, you'll feel right at home in this laid-back coastal haven.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

- A 2-3 night minimum stay is required.

- The minimum age requirement for reserving and check in is 25. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required

- Please note there is a long-term tenant occupying the garage apartment on the property.

- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm Payments.

- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.

- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.

"Salty Dolphin TS325" is a vacation rental property provided by Port A Escapes, professionally managed to ensure that everything is expertly handled before your arrival, and includes:

- Pre-arrival inspection performed by one of our team members

- These starter supplies are provided in the property as a convenience: hand/bath soap, shampoo & conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
