San Souci GW109 offers sprawling decks that give amazing views. The open floor plan offers a gourmet kitchen and enough living space for the whole family. There is wi-fi, smart TV, all the amenities that you expect in the kitchen, and a large deck for watching the surf. There are 2 bedrooms with full bath on the 3rd floor, with 1 queen and 1 king. The primary is on the 2nd floor and looks straight at the beach. It has a large bathroom with a jet tub and separate shower. There is also a queen bedroom on the 2nd floor with a full bath. There is 1 bedroom on the 1st floor with 2 sets of full size bunks, television, and a full bath. This room is perfect for the younger crowd in your group. Monthly rentals available in January and February only, $7,500/month Effective 8/12/23

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- A 2-3 night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Vaccination records are required to be presented if asked for by the HOA. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
- GOLF CART INFO: Gulf Waters charges $3.00 a day per golf cart for a golf cart pass.
- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm payments
- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.

Amazing home conveniently located
This five-bedroom home exceeded our expectations. The rooms are incredibly spacious, and the phenomenal deck offers a view that's perfect for a multi-family gathering. The location is excellent, with easy golf cart access to the boardwalk. The pool and hot tub are also just a short walk away and were very well-maintained. Overall, this is a fantastic place for families to stay.

First of all, the location of this property is the most attractive part of the property. The only issues we had were with regard to some of the appliances. This is the third year we've stayed here and have commented on the appliances every year. This year we went out and bought a small dorm refrigerator as the unit's refrigerator does not keep things cold. We had to throw out food and milk which had only been in there for less than a week. We followed the instructions given for not overloading the unit. The house needs some updating in our opinion for the price that is being asked.

Our family vacation was awesome. Although the weather forecast was for 3 of the days to be raining, turned out it was beautiful & overcast. The house was a great setup for all 4 generations.
A few things would be helpful to have: ie more kitchen towels, a few blankets as the A/C was very cold no matter the setting. Also all the A/C vents & bathroom vents need cleaning. Port A Escapes is very easy to work with to make the reservations as well as very responsive to all inquiries.

Beach trip
On a scale of 1-5 I would give San Souci a 3.5 but I wou rent it again because of its size, location and amenities. Needs a new BBQ pit badly, grass needed cutting,no soap in bathrooms , hose faucets in back broken,dishwasher not working well

Family Christmas 2022
Our family enjoyed a get together after Christmas in Port A at this clean, roomy, beautifully maintained home on the beach. We enjoyed the beach, the heated pool and shops in town along with evenings of games with the family. Make the trip, well worth it!

Great Vacay Stay
Beautiful views of the gulf, close to beach access walkover, roomy for our large family, the grandgirls loved the bunkroom, Gulf Water facilities were enjoyed - the pool was a hit! Large equipped kitchen! All very clean! Over all it was a great place to stay and make those memories. Only thing to make it perfect is to have more comfortable seating that accommodates everyone in the main living room and dining area.

What a great time and experience!
We had an excellent vacation getaway with the whole family and this home was perfect for handling the 12 of us. Great memories were made and the home contributed to that with its close proximity to the beach and ocean views. The house has all you need to keep everyone comfortable and happy!

The management TEAM was friendly and helpful. They were quick to respond to WIFI connection issue which was a quick and easy resolution.

My Mom and Dad, brothers and sister along with their families thoroughly enjoyed our visit here. I recommend this property to anyone in search of great memories to be had!

Amazing Home, Stunning Views!!
We had the best time at San Souci! The home is spacious with plenty of comfortable seating. We appreciated that all bedrooms have a bathroom either en suite or adjacent. The kids enjoyed the huge bunk room with adjoining patio and yard. We spent a great deal of time on the back covered deck taking in the 180 view of the Gulf, but the view could also be equally enjoyed from inside. Even the kitchen window offers a sunset view of palm trees and the Bay. It wasn't a chore doing the dishes! We were definitely spoiled by the views and beach proximity that this home provides, and we'd love to return!

Smetana Sunburn Second House
This house exceeded our expectations with one small caveat. The king bed in one of the bedrooms is a California king rather than a traditional Eastern king. Caused some slight but perhaps avoidable confusion.

Beach getaway
Overall our stay at this house was a great experience. The floorpan is large and comfortable. The house has beach access over the board walk that also accommodates a golf cart. We highly recommend renting a cart for quicker access and ease to carry beach gear to the beach. Closest beach access by car is about 3 miles down the road. We would suggest owner add basic cleaning supplies to the house such as a broom, mop, bucket, dust pan. We had a hard time keeping house clean and did the best we could with the small vacuum we found. Also, house is missing an all essential wine bottle opener.

We apologize that some necessary items were removed by unknown parties. All cleaning implements have been replaced and can be found in the laundry room including a large vacuum. There are also extra chairs for the dining table to be found in the laundry room.

A very pleasant experience. Since our family can get together with all grandchildren infrequently, it's important to have a great place to come to.

Gorgeous home and view
Very spacious home, great location for 5 couples brining in 2016. Dining table was nice but more chairs were needed to accommodate 10 adults. The bottom bedroom is spacious and nice but there were no blinds on the Windows. The house was very very nice furniture and the kitchen was well equipped. Location was wonderful!

Wonderful stay in Port A!!
This house was great. It was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The beach view was amazing! The walk to the beach was a little bit longer than advertised (you have to walk down about a city block to get to the boardwalk, and then it's about a five minute walk down to the beach. It was too much for some members of our party, so we found a drive-up access that took about twice as long, but at least it didn't involve as much walking. For the young and fit, the walk is absolutely nothing!) We had a problem with the air conditioning the day we arrived, but the rental agency had a maintenance person out there within 90 minutes, and he stayed until the problem was fixed. Other than a few very small issues (living room windows with no curtains, which caused the main floor to get pretty warm during the day, and some basic kitchen appliances that we thought should have been included in a "furnished kitchen"), the house was wonderful.
