The Queen size bed has top quality linens and the bathroom is right off of the bedroom area. There is even a super comfy convertible couch to lounge on in the evening. Enjoy Port A's breeze on the front porch with a morning coffee. This cottage is centrally located to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars that Port Aransas has to offer. Pets allowed, please look at additional information. Parking is for 1 vehicle max.

- A two-night minimum stay is required.

- The minimum age requirement for reserving and check in is 25. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required

- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days

- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm payments

- Cable and WIFI service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.
