Welcome to our adorable condo at Sunrise Villas #108, in the perfect location! It's just a quick walk across the boardwalk right behind us to the beach, plus just a couple of blocks to the heart of Port Aransas and all the cute beach shops, restaurants, grocery store, etc. Kick back and enjoy the best of both worlds - beach and town. Our condo has one bedroom with a king bed. Two full baths and a full size sleeper sofa. There is also a private patio area to enjoy the gulf breezes. The community pool in conveniently located just a few steps away. This a warm and welcoming place to enjoy your vacation. No pets allowed at this property.

Clean, Comfortable, Convenient

Sunrise Villas #108 was beyond our expectations for cleanliness, comfort and convenience! The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our own meals— from pots and pans to can opener to plates, glasses, utensils- they even had a Keurig! And everything is brand new. The patio was the perfect spot to sit out and enjoy the beautiful Port A breeze. Nice patio furniture and even a cute storage bench with sand toys for the kids! The best part about our stay was the short walk to the beach with sidewalk and very nice boardwalk. We will definitely be coming back to #108!
