Welcome to our adorable condo, Sunrise Villas 109, in the perfect location! It's just a quick walk across the boardwalk right behind us to the beach, plus just a couple of blocks to the heart of Port Aransas and all the cute beach shops, restaurants, grocery store, etc. Kick back and enjoy the best of both worlds - beach and town. Our condo has one bedroom with a queen bed, a huge walk-in closet, lots of built ins and shelves for storage. Twin roll away and sleeper sofa provide extra sleeping. There are two large flat screen TVs, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. There is also a private patio area to enjoy the gulf breezes. The community pool in conveniently located just a few steps away. Lots of cute décor and designer touches make this a warm and welcoming place to enjoy your vacation. Great Condo / Awful Sofa Bed
Very nice condo. Very clean and well stocked. Close to the beach. My only complaint was the sofa bed was awful. If you are only using the bed in the bedroom, the property is great. If you also need to use the sofa bed, you might to consider somewhere else to stay.

Nice, quiet and close to beach
Good stay, super close to beach and quiet. It did not have a dishwasher or laundry in the unit so if staying long keep that in mind. Some cleanliness issues on the arrival but a team member came to fix almost immediately.

Great place for the price!
Overall, very good. Wish there was a dishwasher and beach towels provided but overall very good! When asked for more TP and wash towels, they arrived very quickly so that was a big plus-Loved how close it was to the beach! And, the pool was a big plus!

Wonderful Anniversary Experience
This was our 25th anniversary and we honeymooned in one of these condos. We wanted to come back to celebrate our anniversary. The condo was wonderful and we enjoyed being here. We experienced only 2 issues: 1 there was no carafe to the coffee pot and 2. the light outside the front of the condo lights up the room at night and made it like daytime when we were trying to sleep. On the second night we hung the blanket over the windows and that helped. Over all it was a great experience and were so happy to be there! Thank you!!

The house was clean just the bed smelt pretty bad but everything

Overall we loved the place but there is an urgent need to place curtains on the bedroom window! The security light keeps the room lit up and makes it nearly impossible to sleep. We would book this again next year if curtains are installed.

Would not recommend the sunrise villas for following reasons:
-there is no curtain on main bedroom window and the light outside SHINES directly into room super bright
-the outdoor little area was FULL of ants, we couldn’t even sit down outside
-there was a cockroach in what used to be the laundry room
- microwave didn’t work and nobody showed up to fix it when we called
- one of the condo has a baby monitor camera on their patio facing the pool which was so creeeepy!!!!

Spring Get Away
We spent three days enjoying the sights in Port A including some birding. The rental was very nice and close to the beach and town. One suggestion we would make is put blackout curtains in the bedroom. The security lights outside were an annoyance.

Great Condo in a great location
The property checked all the boxes! It was beautifully decorated and had plenty of room for the two of us. The pool was nice and parking was easy to navigate. My only point of dissatisfaction was the overwhelming smell of mothballs (I guess that is what is was). I understand the reason for mothballs, but it was quite pungent. Other than that, the place was spot-on with comfort, the air conditioner kept up with the July heat. We would stay there again for sure.

Return Stay in Sunrise Villa
@nd stay in this particular unit. It is extremely well equipped and comfortable. The location was excellent--very easy to reach the beach. Two maintenance issues this time, 1)Bedroom AC makes an incredible amount of noise at times--so much so that I had to go into the living room to sleep and close the door to the bedroom--it seems like the ac may be going out, and 2)the bed made a very loud creaking noise--almost like something was broken unde rthe mattress.

Cute cozy places but this time there were cigarettes left in an outdoor ashtray, and the toilet kept running, but overall very cozy and economical. This is our 3rd or 4th stay here.

Great location
This was our second stay in these condos (last time we rented a different unit), and I really like the location. We rented bikes for the weekend and biked all over the island & beaches, only using our car at night.
Although this is an older building, the unit has been updated and looked nice. Good layout, abundant storage, very large shower and a washer/dryer made this a comfortable & relaxing place to spend our long weekend in Port A.

Cute Hideout Close to the Beach
The location was ideal--close enough for an easy walk to the beach, while carrying essentials for a day's stay there--no need for a beach pass to drive and park. The condo was very well equipped and met all of our needs; the pool was spotless! The only downsides were no hot water on the last 2 days; bedroom a/c did not work properly on our last 2 nights (living room a/c worked great), and the toaster didn't work. We would stay again if these items were repaired and in good working order.
