Texas Teal House LP3, is the perfect place to be in Port Aransas! This comfortable home is in-town and close to the ferry, restaurants, the Nature Preserve, and the beach! The complex has lovely coastal landscaping and a gorgeous saltwater pool. There is plenty of room for friends and family to gather - with three bedrooms plus an extra sleeping space and three and a half baths. This home has 2 water heaters, so there's always enough hot water! It is decorated to reflect the beauty and comfort of Port Aransas. There is also a new gas grill! There is parking for 3 standard size vehicles. Boats or trailers are not allowed. Street parking is not allowed. No pets allowed at this property.

- A 2-3 night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required

Perfect for our family Port A Vacay

I love the location of this townhouse -- right in the middle of the town of Port A, but at a dead end street so you don't have any thru traffic -- big plus! Walkable to lots of restaurants, bars, and shops. The beds were comfy, the house was clean upon arrival, and easy check in and out. The community pool was nice, and never crowded. I was traveling with my brother, adult niece, and her 2 kids ages 13 and 8 and we were all very pleased with the setup and location. I would definitely recommend this home, and the management company.

Great Family/Group Getaway

Nice roomy rental. Plenty of space for a family getaway, or group of friends. Centrally located close to all amenities, but secretly secluded and tucked away from major traffic paths and crowds. Nice community pool. All main living is upstairs, so not a good choice for people with mobility or joint problems. I would recommend this location to anyone and rent it again myself. We did have to contact management for assistance with a problem and they were very quick to respond, polite, professional and repaired the issue quickly.

Great family vacay house!!

The house was super clean and even still smelled “newly built” when we first walked in! The two levels of the house allowed for guests to have privacy and spread out. The house NEVER felt cramped with 10 people. The master bedroom/bathroom was super spacious and the 2nd bedroom upstairs was a very good size too! Loved the electric grill outside on the 2nd floor balcony and didn’t even have to use the bigger one on the deck in the backyard. Plenty of bathrooms space for all guests. The community pool was VERY nice too! No complaints at all with this rental. We will definitely be back.

Better than I expected!

Great house, incredibly clean. Nice location within walking distance to so much. We rented a golf cart but could have skipped it and walked. The only downside was the beds were a bit uncomfortable and the sheets were scratchy, but that's a minor inconvenience. Would definitely stay here again but might bring my own sheets :)

Excellent Stay at the Texas Teal House LP#

Wow. Just wow. The condo was CLEAN and looked/felt brand new. The beds were extremely comfortable. I loved sitting on the balcony and looking out over Old Town Port A. Yes, there is an RV park, but it was not as bad a view as reported. Lovely neighborhood - we took a couple of walks. Port A Escapes were so professional and courteous - and easy to get in touch with, not that I needed to! I highly recommend this spot.

Great stay at Port A

Had a great time in Port A. The Texas Teal House was very nice. It was clean, comfortable and conveniently located. The property description was accurate. The check in check out procedure was very convenient. The view of the RV Park from the balcony was not the greatest but I spent most of my daylight hours at the beach.

Summer Family Trip

The Condo was beautiful! Perfect size for our family of 5 plus grandpa! We were looking for a place with at least a bedroom downstairs for my dad, but since the kitchen and living spaces were upstairs, he managed to stay upstairs so it wasn't an issue. We had a little hiccup when we got to the condo when the key code didn't work, of course it was after hours but once we were able to get through to manager on call it was all straightened out and he even gave us his cell phone in case we needed anything and wouldn't need to go through the after hours service. The condo does back up to an RV park so not very pretty view, however the RV was very quiet and we were never outside anyways due to it being so hot and lots of mosquitos. It is close to everything. We rented a golf cart and got around everywhere without a problem. We can't wait to go back again very soon!

Great place to stay!!!!

We stayed at this condo for 3 nights and had a great time! the location was good. the condo was very nice. all the beds were very comfy...even the sleeper sofa! the only fault...the view out the back - right into a RV park. we will definitely return!!!!

Great place to stay

My family recently stayed at this rental and I can't say enough good things about the house. It was nicely furnished and decorated. There was plenty of space and every room except one bedroom had large tv's. The only downside is there was only enough no hot water and we had cold showers every day. Also, they did not have a grill at the house or anywhere on the property. Overall we were happy with this house and would book it again.
