- A two to three-night minimum stay is required.

- The minimum age requirement for reserving and check in is 25.  A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required

- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm Payments.

- Check in starts at 4pm but is not guaranteed. In some cases, on a quick-turn day, check in will be closer to 5pm.

everything was good except the wi-fi was terrible. It would cut in and out every few minutes. could not use the tv due to wi-fi issues. needs to be updated.

Great Visit
Great place if you are going fishing or the beach all day. Easy to get anywhere on the island. Clean and simple. Nice porch not much of a view but great overall experience.

Great Place to Stay!
We had a party of 5- a family of 3 including a teenager & a couple. There was plenty of space for all of us to feel like we were not on top of each other. Everything was so clean & nice! We really appreciated this property not allowing pets since we had 2 people with us that have pet allergies. Although it was not within sight of the beach that was ok. It was very close to a lot of the shops, restaurants & excursion launch points. It took just minutes to get to where we wanted to go by either car or golf cart.
The owners were very good at communicating with us all the codes, wifi passwords, etc.
We would book this house again & really enjoyed our stay here.

Fun in the sun
We had a wonderful time this year the Beach House was perfect again. We stayed 42 days and the and the weather was great. Port A Escapes is the best place to find your vacation spot.

Family Beach Trip

The Beach House
We loved this house! It is our new favorite and we will be returning...and recommending it to others. It was so roomy, fully stocked and not one thing was wrong with it! Close to the beach (wish it had a golf cart rental included). Oh, and met the neighbors...they were very nice!

Loved it!!!
This property was as expected. Plenty of parking. Plenty of room for hanging out. The house was very clean. I would definitely stay at this rental again. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Had a some issue that was reported and fixed very quickly. Very satisfied with our stay.
