Welcome to "The Green Wave" FD260! Step inside this spacious retreat boasting four bedrooms and three bathrooms, providing ample space for up to ten guests to unwind comfortably. A serene atmosphere that instantly puts you in vacation mode. The heart of this rental, however, lies in its outdoor spaces designed for endless fun in the sun. Gather around the outdoor fire pit table for refreshing drinks and lively conversation and outdoor games. Expansive outdoor seating area provides plenty of room for everyone to gather for meals cooked on the grill.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

- A two to three-night minimum stay is required.

- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old, have a valid State Driver's License or other acceptable ID, and be present throughout the entire stay.

- This is NOT a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL.
