Introducing Mango Cay, Wave Hello MC301 in Port Aransas! This stunning property is now available for your next vacation to Port Aransas. Offering a three-story configuration with a roof-top deck! As you ascend the stairs, you'll discover three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms boast a king size bed while the fourth bedroom is equipped with a full size bed with a twin size trundle.

The open living room and kitchen create a welcoming space for socializing. Spacious carport that will accommodate up to four midsize cars and a convenient fenced outdoor space complete with a turf grass lawn. Great space for lounging or playing outdoor games. Elevator accessible to all three floors. Conveniently located near the community pool & just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, golf cart rental, and shops. Sorry, no pets are allowed.

Wave Hello MC301 is a premier vacation rental property provided by Port A Escapes, professionally managed to ensure that everything is expertly handled before your arrival, and includes:

- 24/7 guest support

- Professional cleaning to the highest standards

- Pre-arrival inspection performed by one of our team members

- Clean towels & linens

- A well-equipped kitchen

- These starter supplies are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, shampoo & conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.

Sleeping arrangements:

Primary bedroom - King size bed, TV, ensuite bath

Guest bedroom - King size bed, TV

Guest bedroom - Full bed over twin trundle

Living room - Queen size sofa sleeper

Parking: The carport will accommodate four medium sized vehicles or smaller. There is no overflow parking available. Oversized vehicles that cannot fit in the carport are not permitted.

- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm payments

-Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required

- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.

Perfect fishing escape

Perfect experience from start to finish. The accommodations were as advertised. Clean with new finishes. The elevator was a nice touch. Centrally located!!

Family Vacation

We had an amazing stay. The location was great. The property was very clean. There were lots of ants in the unit but it did not take away from the amazing experience we had here.
