This coastal cutie is a place your family will return to year after year! Features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The living room you will find comfy furnishings, a mounted TV, and WIFI. There is a fenced back yard. The first bedroom and bath are downstairs offering a King size bed. Three guest bedrooms upstairs, one with a Queen size bed, another with two twin over twin bunk beds, and the third bedroom has a Queen bed.
HOA PARKING RULES:
Parking is limited to 3 vehicles in the designated parking areas beside each cottage. Each vehicle MUST display the parking permit. Golf carts do count as vehicles. Please plan accordingly. Absolutely NO campers or RV's are allowed to park anywhere within the subdivision. Any illegally parked or unauthorized vehicles may be subject to towing and any fines or fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. Do not park in street and do not park in front of another house.
