Heather’s background spans over 17 years in Hospitality and over 9 in Operations Management, experience that shapes her steady, thoughtful approach as our Onboarding Specialist. For the past 5 years, she has played a key role in keeping operations organized – coordinating projects, onboarding new properties, and supporting both the team and property owners through clear communication and follow-through.

Heather is known for her strong organizational skills, her commitment to following systems and procedures, and her ability to adapt as the company grows and evolves. 

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, soaking up the coastal views, and catching the warmth of Texas sunrises and sunsets.
